Rosemary and Lemon Chicken

Today I made rosemary and lemon chicken for dinner! Here is the original recipe, but I changed the recipe a little bit. Here is how I did it my-way:

—————————————————————————————————————————————————————–

What you need:

1 serving Chicken fillets
2 tbsp Lemon juice (we had the little lemon-shaped bottles of juiced lemons)
2 tbsp Dried rosemary
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Butter

How to:

1. In a pan, melt the butter, olive oil, rosemary, and lemon together.

2. Add the chicken fillets and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. I used a shallow pan with a lid on it so I could “steam” the chicken a bit. That made sure the juice stayed in the meat all nicely.

3. Om nom nom.

Here is the tada moment…

Doesn’t that look delicious? And yes, I know, my kitchen has horrible lighting. Oh well. Still tasted real good. 🙂

Signing off,
Marie
